Support for the transition into parenthood

Everwell offers grounded, relationship-based support for women and families preparing for parenthood and navigating the postpartum period.

$45/hour for 8-hour overnight shifts. Many families choose consistent 3-5 nights of weekly support for 2–8 weeks. Best booked in advance to secure availability.

Hands-on overnight support during the early postpartum weeks, focused on helping mothers rest, recover, and adjust while establishing sustainable sleep rhythms.

This service is especially supportive during the first weeks after birth, when sleep disruption and recovery demands are highest.

Support may include:

  • Overnight care so parents can rest and recover

  • Infant care during the night (feeding support, soothing, settling)

  • Gentle sleep shaping and rhythm support (not sleep training)

  • Support for maternal recovery and nervous system regulation

  • 2, 1:1 sleep coaching sessions so you can feel confident establishing healthy, attachment-honoring sleep for your baby when I leave

Best suited for families who:

  • Want consistent overnight support in the early weeks

  • Are prioritizing maternal recovery and rest

  • Want help creating sustainable sleep rhythms from the start

  • Value relational, attuned care rather than rigid methods

Typical support ranges from 2-8 weeks, depending on family needs.
