About Everwell

Everwell was created from a simple but often overlooked truth: the quality of postpartum is shaped long before birth- and the support mothers receive during this transition matters deeply.

Many parents enter this season having prepared for pregnancy or birth, but not for the physical recovery, nervous system demand, and daily rhythms that early parenthood actually requires. When support arrives too late or drops off too soon, even deeply anticipated beginnings can feel harder than they need to be.

Everwell exists to support a different experience.

Rooted in steadiness, preparation, and relationship-based care, Everwell focuses on creating the foundations that make motherhood more sustainable and joyful- supporting the body, mind, nervous system, and lived experience through pre-conception preparation and postpartum recovery.

The intention is simple: to help mothers feel resourced, supported, and able to settle into parenthood with more ease and space for joy.

About Sidney Olivia, Garcia-M.Sc.

My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience- and by a deep respect for the body’s wisdom & capacity in bringing new life into the world.

I support women and families through pre-conception preparation, postpartum recovery, overnight care, and sleep shaping, with an approach that prioritizes rest, nervous system steadiness, and foundational health. I’m especially drawn to working with parents who sense that this transition deserves more than information alone- and who value support that is embodied, relational, and grounded in real life.

Rather than rushing to fix or optimize, my role is to provide steadiness, clarity, and evidence-based information and support during a season of significant change. Sometimes that looks like hands-on overnight help in the early weeks after birth. Other times it looks like helping a woman prepare her body and nervous system before pregnancy, or supporting recovery and identity integration after birth.

Above all, I aim to be a calm, consistent presence- someone who understands the whole arc of this transition and honors the pace at which real healing and joy unfold.

I hold certifications as a Postpartum Doula and Holistic Fertility Coach with advanced training in pre-conception lifestyle optimization. When I’m not supporting women and families locally in East Valley or virtually, you can find me laughing over an iced coffee with my husband or chasing around my littles on a nature preserve.

Below are some longer reflections that live on my Substack; these essays are where I explore continuity of care, motherhood as initiation, fertility as a threshold, and what it actually looks like to support women across seasons- not moments.
