About

Hello! I'm so glad you're here. I'm Sidney. I hold certifications as a Postpartum Doula, Infant Sleep Specialist, and Holistic Health Coach with an emphasis on postpartum nutritional recovery. But more important than my education or credentials is the fact that I am a mother with first-hand experience in navigating the deep shifts of the postpartum years. Now, I am incredibly passionate about providing evidence-based, holistic, and compassionate care that acknowledges your whole body-mind-and spirit as you step into motherhood. What is too little known is that these early days can lay the foundation of health & wellbeing for the rest of your baby's life. And these same early days are vital to your recovery, and they also fundamentally change your & your partner's lives.Far too many parents are navigating these precious moments in survival mode, instead of resourced with the knowledge, support, tools and the reassurance they need. So, I'm on a mission to normalize true postpartum care through education and hands-on help so you can fully embrace the early months and years that pass all too quickly.
On this site, you'll find resources & opportunities to work together to:
Help mom recover smoothly, and fully
Help baby feed well, grow well, bond well, and sleep well
Help your whole household move swiftly into your new thriving family life

Postpartum Doula Care (In Home)
Gilbert | Chandler | East Valley
For many families, in-home doula care can make all the difference between getting through postpartum in survival mode and embracing it fully as a tender season of getting to know your baby. It consists of practical support and emotional reassurance as you navigate the early weeks of the 4th Trimester. Care is customized to your unique needs and desires, to best support an easeful recovery for mom, and smooth adjustment for baby (and the whole family) in your loving home.
Your care may include many or all of the following:
Newborn care: soothing techniques, diapering, cord care, bathing, feeding support (breast, chest, or bottle)
Postpartum care: nourishing meal preparation + simple recipes for full recovery (body + mind), self-care protocols built for new parents
Light household help + sibling care: baby laundry, supporting household flow, smoothing daily routines, helping older siblings feel seen & included
Emotional support: through baby blues, long nights, and moments of uncertainty or loss of confidence
Local resources: referrals to a professionally vetted network for whatever may arise in the 4th Trimester (physical, emotional, mental)
Postpartum doula care is like having a best friend with good boundaries who happens to have expert knowledge about the postpartum period & is well resourced to help. The aim of this care is for you to feel seen, reassured, and deeply supported so you can focus on what matters most: a grounded recovery for mom, bonding with baby, and a resourced, connected family during this precious and tender time.
Postpartum doula care is customized to your family’s needs.
My support is offered in 4-hour shifts, available, 2, 3, or 5 days per week.
Most families choose care for 4–6 weeks, though extended support (up to 12 weeks) may be available.
My rate is $30/hour. Consultation calls are free and best scheduled in your 2nd or 3rd trimester to ensure availability for your postpartum window. Payment plans are available.
